This website presents the musical work of Kike Argandona, guitarist and composer, and his live performance formats. It allows visitors to contact him and to publish reviews of his performances.

The website is for information only: no services can be booked or paid for online. The terms of each performance (date, venue, format and fee) are agreed directly with the owner, outside the website.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free of charge. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to submit content that is false, offensive, infringes third-party rights or includes other people’s data without their permission.

Reviews express the opinion of their authors, who are responsible for their content. The owner checks every review before it is published and may decline or remove reviews that breach these terms. Anyone may request the removal of a review that concerns them by writing to kikeargandonaguitar@gmail.com. How review data is handled is explained in the Privacy policy.

The website contains links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. These services are not loaded until the link is clicked (for the YouTube videos that can be watched on the website, until cookies are accepted and play is pressed), and they have their own terms and privacy policies, for which the owner is not responsible.

The owner endeavours to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or permanently available, and is not liable for damage arising from its misuse.
